Human Rights Policies and Practices

TSMC has always placed great emphasis on human rights and is committed to protecting the human rights of its employees. To ensure the TSMC Human Rights Policy is properly implemented throughout the entire company, we align our actions with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct and treat all workers, including regular, contract and temporary employees, and interns, with dignity and respect. We also established TSMC's Supplier Code of Conduct to require our suppliers to follow the same standards.
