Customer Service Quality

To improve the timeliness and convenience of customers wafer manufacturing instruction, TSMC integrated product information and wafer production system, improved customer lot handling notice process, and enhanced TSMC-Online™ function. Now, customer can release manufacturing instructions to not-yet processed wafer or stackedwafer products in TSMC-Online™ without time-zone constraint.
To ensure that our customer needs are appropriately understood, TSMC conducts the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (ACSS). Complementary to the survey, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) are also conducted by the customer service team. Through intensive interaction with customers, TSMC can provide customers with the highest-quality wafers and best services for their products.
